How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact MrMr Signature customer support at [email protected] or +971 56 319 0225 before returning any item. Provide your order number, the reason for your request, and photographs where relevant. Our team will review the request and provide instructions.

Change-of-Mind Requests

Returns or exchanges requested because of a change of mind are discretionary and are subject to individual review and approval by MrMr Signature. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Products considered for discretionary return should be unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Perfumes, Cosmetics and Personal Care

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used or unsealed perfumes, musk, skincare, body care and other personal care products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under UAE law.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Non-conforming Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, is not what you ordered or does not conform to its description, contact our support team promptly. We may ask for your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs. Eligible claims will be handled in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws. Statutory remedies are not subject to discretionary company approval.

Refunds

If a discretionary return is approved or a refund is required by law, the appropriate refund will be arranged. Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method where possible; bank or payment provider processing times may vary. For discretionary returns, any applicable return shipping cost will be explained before you confirm the return.

Order Cancellation

Contact customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation requests will be assessed according to fulfilment status and applicable UAE consumer rights.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or replaces any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Statutory rights take precedence over our discretionary return conditions.
